Lessons
Our lessons are small group training sessions for athletes looking for a large number of quality repetitions with specific feedback from experienced Sting coaches.
Mental Performance
Our mental performance coach, Bizzie Gonring, offers one-on-one sessions to players within the club that are looking to work through sports related mental struggles, such as performance anxiety, or want to increase their overall performance and mental strength.
Athlete Performance
